Terrie’s Workout Center – This Hertel Ave. staple has been keeping North Buffalo fit for over 25 years. Terrie’s Workout Center offers a variety of classes, from Zumba to kickboxing, along with a fully equipped cardio and weight room. With convenient hours, affordable rates and a neighborhood feel, it’s one of the best places to get an all-around, full-body workout in North Buffalo.
Saddle Indoor Cycling – This cycling studio opened last year on Hertel Ave., and it’s already gained a ton of popularity among locals. They offer great deals on class packages and have classes at many different times and on the weekend, making it easy to fit a ride into your schedule.
East Meets West Yoga / The Pilates Loft – Located in the beautiful Foundry building in North Buffalo, East Meet West has been the winner of Buffalo’s best yoga for over 10 years. Ken-Ton Family YMCA – For an affordable, family-friendly place to work out in Kenmore, check out the Ken-Ton Family YMCA. It offers a variety of classes, a pool, and even a sauna for those days you want to relax and rejuvenate.

Town of Tonawanda Aquatic and Fitness Center – If you want an affordable, clean and safe place to work out in the Town of Tonawanda, be sure to check out this fitness center.
